He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ann Rotell (Fazikas) and James Rotell; his wife Virginia L. Rotell (Berg); his son Jeffrey Rhoads; and his brother Patrick Rotell. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Vincent's family requests donations be made in his name to the Pittsburg High School Football program.
