He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernesto Pisani and Angelina Pisani (Tapella). He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Johnny DeStefano, Christy Favalora (Anthony), Tom A. Pisani (Debbi) and Tami Pisani Dennis (Gary); and his grandchildren, Anthony Favalora Jr., Garrick Ridolfi, Chelsie DeStefano, Thomas J. Pisani and Angelina Pisani Dennis.
