He is survived by: his children, Amanda, Tim Ferguson, Ted Mulligan and Alyssa Mulligan; his granddaughters, Haley Ferguson and Payton Mulligan; and his siblings, Bill Mulligan, Linda, Larry Yoder, Donna Martinez, Carl Mulligan, Nancy Desjardins, Charles and Lorraine Winningham.
In lieu of flowers, it was his wish for donations to be sent to the St. Jude's Children's hospital to help support kids with cancer.
