It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Carter of Antioch, California, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carter (Gene) and Margaret Carter (Maggie). He is survived by: his children, Robert Carter, Richard Carter (Ashley) and Kristyn Carter; and his sister Sara Carter (Denette Zaninovich). He is also survived by three children.
