He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Ruggiero and Frances Eaton Ruggiero; his wife Pamela Ford Ruggiero; his children, Juliana Maria Hendren-Ruggiero and Andres Arturo Ruggiero; his brothers, Ronald Ruggiero and Steven Ruggiero; and his grandchildren, Lyliana Maria Hendren, Andres Aquilina Ruggiero, Eli Aquilina Ruggiero and Italo Aquilina Ruggiero.
