She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Struben and Gertrude Struben; her husband Walter E. Rice; and her sons, Kenneth Jarrett of Redding Calif and Robert Jarrett of Redding Calif. She was also cherished by 5 Granchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
