He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Chaipos and Susie Chaipos Sr.; his siblings, Harold Chaipos Jr., Amick Chaipos, Andrea Waters, Eileen, Cheral and Susana Chaipos; his grandsons, Jeremiah Chaipos and Kalum Chaipos; his nephews, Dexter Bruce Waters, Owen Chaipos and Lewis Mucaw Jefferson; and his aunts and uncles, Harold Thomas, William Thomas, Lydia Manchado and Edith White.
He is survived by: his wife Rosaline; his children, Wayne Chaipos Jr. (Stella), Colin Taylor, Estella Renteria and Malissa Hammond-Chaipos (Gregory); his grandchildren, James Chaipos, Josee Hammond, Daimon Taylor, Vanessa Renteria, Azellia Olmos, Bryana Taylor, Lilyana Taylor, Alanah Taylor and Faye Short; and his nieces and nephews, Roberta, Chaipos-Sass, Candice Chaipos, Adina Alvarez, Andrea Chaipos, Sharon Renteria, Diana Waters, Robert Chaipos, Christopher Chaipos, Thomas Chaipos, David Waters, Dwayne Waters, Charles Jose and Maunel Flores. He is also survived by numerous Great nephews, nieces.
