He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Dorothy MacKenzie, Josephine and Alred Parsons; and his aunts and uncles, Ross MacKenzie, Merry Erickson (MacKenzie), Imolesta Akers, Mary Stapelton, Martha Seiter, Paul Parsons and Tivis Parsons.

He is survived by: his parents, Freddie Ray and Barbara J Parsons Since (MacKenzie); his siblings, Valerie Einsele (Jeff) and Tim Parsons John (Liz); and his pet Sky. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
