She was predeceased by: her father Raymond C. Frost; and her stepfather Lyle Staples. She is survived by: her mother Sandra A. Staples of Mayville; her husband John D. Sweeney; and her siblings, Howard Frost (Linda Baldwin) of Mayville, Tracy Stoughton (Wayne) of Westfield and Anne Haislip (Rob) of Erie, PA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, 5 grandchildren, and some awesome friends.
