He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Eugene Hancock and Edera Pearl Gibbons Hancock; his sibling Nelo; his wife Linda Sue White; his children, Gene (Diane Hancock), Terri (Blake Miller), Brian (Kim Hancock), Jeff, Cory Hancock and Sheila Peterson; his cousin Leo Leonard; and his son Mike. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
