He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Fisher and Josephine Fisher (Golter) of Toledo, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Ron Congress (Diane); his grandsons, Dustin (Karen) of Marietta, GA, David (Cori) of Arizona City, AZ and Daniel; and his daughters, Jennifer and Julie.
