He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phillips Collett and Roxie Leora Collins; his sister Brenda Joyce Collette; his son-in-law Curtiss Jay Harris; and his grandsons, Curtiss Jay Harris Jr. and Harold Wheeler Bradley IV.
He is survived by: his grandson Joshua Collette; his wife Ethel "Bernice" Gillespie; his children, John Lanford (Cheryl), Robert Jeffrey (Diane), Bret Andrew (Brenda), Marget Jeanne (Harold), Angela and Ronald Phillip (Anna); and his siblings, Shirley Barry Trevena, Montana, Pat Kusler (Jack) and Terry Collette (Sandra). He is also survived by his wife of 64 years; 6 children; 31 grandchildren; and 57 great-grandchildren.
