He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Benites (Dayo) and Natalia Benites; and his siblings, Dale, Patrick Benites and Carol Molina.
He is survived by: his sister Maryalice; and his siblings-in-law, Albert Serna, Jim Molina and Tamia Benites. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, and 15 great nieces and nephews.
