He was predeceased by: his parents, Seaborn Davis Howard and Nina Ragan Howard; his wife Ila Mae Howard; his siblings, Von, Gene, Glen and Barbara; and his granddaughters, Lark Hubbard and Macey Morris.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Brown (Jerry), Louise Welker (Danny), Carol Hubbard (Lark) and Nina Fisher (Kelly). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
