He was predeceased by: his parent Bailey Ray Woods; and his brother Steve Woods. He is survived by: his wife Thressa of Thatcher; his children, Joshua Mark Woods, Shaffen D. Woods, Micah Adam Woods and Becki Dawn MacLay; and his sister Lynn Cluff. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
