It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Declay (Taylor, Arizona), born in Whiteriver, Arizona, who passed away on July 22, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her brothers, Ernie Declay, Earl Loas, Wesley Loas, McCoy Loas and Her; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Begolin, Jonathan Begolin, Alicia Begolin, Tiffany and Alonzo Tenijieth. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; many relatives, nieces, nephews, godchildren, grandkids and friends.
