He was predeceased by: his son William V. Bess. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Jeffery Bess (Brenda) and Cheryl Bellomy (James); and his grandchildren, Matthew Bess, Jeremy Reynolds, Jordan Meacham and Justin Reynolds.
