He is survived by: his spouse Georgia Prater (Scott); his children, Sharon Lehew of Front Royal, VA, Jeffrey Wayne Prater of Sierra Vista, AZ, Darin Keith Prater (Brenda) of Stephens City, VA, Lorisa Renee Davis (Todd) of Bushnell, FL, Shona Louise Lapsley (Ron) of Stephens City, VA, James E., Linda Spinelli (Robert) of Erie, PA, Joseph McDonnell (Tammy Lehman-McDonnell) of Lima, OH and William McDonnell (Tracy) of Alger, OH; his daughter-in-law Paula Newlun of Lima, OH; and his siblings, Billie Leis of Sebring, FL, Rita Burrell of Cridersville, OH, Elliott Prater Jr, Irene Lane of Columbus, OH, Christine Parr of Four Acre, OH, Geraldine Lewis of Kenton, OH and Ed Prater of Botkins, OH.. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
