She is survived by: her husband Henry Kubik; her sons, Henry Jr. and Ron Kubik; her sister Vera Hylsky; her daughter-in-law Janet Kubik; her grandchildren, Chris, Elaine, Mike and Matt Kubik; her nephews, Dave Hylsky and Pete Cadra; and her niece Caren Cadra (Cy Niezgodzki).
