We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2021, at the age of 75, Franklin Roy Neese of Sierra Vista, Arizona, born in Pisgah, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Donald, Gerald, Dennis and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Embry Neese; his children, Johnny (Laura), David of Sierra Vista and Tracey Neese of Hereford; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Tyler (Kirstin) and Jordan Neese (Leslie); his great grandchildren, Grayson and Oliver Neese; and his siblings, Allen Neese (Liz) of Omaha, Nebraska, Barbara Massie of Valley Center, California, Michael Neese (Cheryll) of Phoenix, Arizona, William Neese (Marilyn) of Maud, Texas, Patrick Neese (Helen) of Phoenix, Arizona, Mary Watt (Ken) of Grants Pass, Oregon and Terry Neese of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
