She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Starkey and Ann E. Starkey (Doores); and her siblings, Peggy and Brian. She is survived by: her husband Danny; her daughters, Danielle Fraiser of Huachuca City and Kimberly Lawrence (Benjamin) of Sierra Vista; her siblings, Mark Hackley of Whetstone, Thomas Starkey (Patricia) of Lovettsville, Virginia and Judith Brittle (Michael) of Sterling, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Quintin, Gwendolyn, Hope and Hailey.
