He is survived by: his wife Darla; his daughters, Chelsea Cruz (Frankie), Krystal, Megan and Teyla Izzo; and his siblings, Christine Berveiller (Michael), Maria Alvarez Doughty (Michael), Theo Izzo, Joey Lerma and Ruben Lerma (Tasha). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
