He was predeceased by: his former wife Rita Everding; his wife Shirley Linda Johnson; his adoptive daughter Jeanie Everding; his children, Dorothy Knight (Kenneth) of Columbia, Diana Moore of Tigard, Oregon and Richard Ala of Redding, California; and his grandchildren, Aaron Beale (Tanasha), Andre Beale, Misty Rhea (Christopher) and Robert Robinson.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Judith Everding; and his niece Richard.
