She was predeceased by: her husband James Andrews; her parents, Frank Jastrowski and Martha Jastrowski; and her siblings, Lorraine Darcy (Edmund) and Laverne Walczak (Edwin).

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Greg Clark (Kelly), Dawn Rosinski (Matt), Ryan Andrews, Jennifer Eberhardt (Robert) and Kevin Andrews (Caitlin); and her great grandchildren, Kayla Rosinski, Jack Clark, Jason Eberhardt, James Eberhardt, Emma Eberhardt and Mary Andrews.
