He is survived by: his wife Karen Hoffert of Scottsdale, AZ; his children, Daniel Hoffert of Scottsdale, AZ and Megan Smith (Matt) of Phoenix, AZ; his stepmother Shirley Hoffert; his siblings, Robert, Peggy and Mike; his stepsiblings, Brian and Jane; and his pet Billy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
