J.; his wife Robyn Moline of Glendale; his stepdaughter Haley; his children, Dillon Benjamin of Glendale, Amy Gabbard (Dalten) of Peoria and Madison Benjamin of Glendale; his grandchildren, Nixen, Rylenn and Teddy; his siblings, Cynthia Musselman (Jim) of Sun City, Fred Benjamin (Vicki) of Humboldt, Tennessee and Kelli Krogseng (Tag) of Camp Verde; his former wife Tonya Spellbring Benjamin; and his nephew Musselman. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
