He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Leo Karolik. He is survived by: his wife Roseanne of Scottsdale; and his siblings, Karen Wojcikowski of Chicago, IL, Patricia Wojcikowski of Lansing, IL and James Wojcikowski (Karen) of St. John, IN. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
