He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Florence Cole, Clyde Cole, Norman "Scotty" Boyle and Mildred "Billie" Boyle; and his brother Jason Scott Boyle.
He is survived by: his parents, Mike Boyle and Karen Boyle of St. Johns, AZ.; his daughter Baylee; his grandchildren, Ashlee and Jackson; his wife Kelly; his children, Ashlee and Jackson; his siblings, Jodie, Jacob and Quentin Boyle (Felicia); and his foster brother Philip.
