He was predeceased by: his parents, George Doyle Wilkins and Vernice Pulsipher Wilkins; his wife Rosalie Wilkins; and his siblings, Ileen Mortensen and Lavard Wilkins.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Wilkins, Wayne Wilkins, Roy Wilkins, David Wilkins, San Tan, Ruth Walker and Rebecca Johnson. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 52 great grandchildren.
