It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Yvonne Guy (Sahuarita, Arizona), who passed away on September 7, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her significant other Tom; her children, Tom Jr. and Erin (Jeff); her stepdaughter Jane (Jassen); her grandchildren, Spencer (Kalyn), Leah (Taylor), Zoe, Garrett and Kendall; her great grandchildren, Gabriel and Denver; and her sisters, Patty and Dianne.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Scleroderma Research Foundation.
