Though Johnny may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his significant other Manuela "Nellie" Velasquez; his children, Johnny Jr., Terry Jo, Ricky Pete, Cheryl and Patty; and his stepchildren, Clemente, Selma, Margaret and Irma. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; eight step-grandchildren and twelve step-great-grandchildren.
