He is survived by: his children, Randy Boyd Spackman, Huson, Travis Kofoed Spackman (Doreen), Highland, Cynthia Spackman Broderick, Janice Spackman Luken (Robert) and Prescott; and his sister Nona Hott. He is also survived by his four children from his first marriage and grandchildren.
