He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimer Cybula and Monica Cybula; and his brother Robert Cybula. He is survived by: his wife Jean Cybula; his daughters, Debbie White (Jerry), Sheryl Vincent (Carl), Kelley Avery (Jesse), Tammy Frasure and Monica Beauchamp (Adam); and his siblings, Christine Darling (Chuck), Casimer Cybula (Linda), Darlene Klimek (Dennis) and Tina Lesneski (Bob). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
