It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Bailey (Prescott, Arizona), born in Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on November 1, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Bailey; her sons, Richard Hulsey Jr. and Kenneth Hulsey; and her sisters, Clotel Walters and Bernice Rhoades.
She is survived by: her siblings, Cecilia Price, Bob Loftis and Wayne Loftis; and her daughters, Sherrill Wilson and Christina Philip. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
