He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Frank and Irwin Frank. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Casey, Amy, Rachel and Scott; his granddaughter Meira; his brothers, Steven and Larry; his siblings-in-law, Robin and Eric; and his cherished dachshunds, Willie, Freddie and Zevon.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Moon Valley Country Club (151 W Moon Valley Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85023).
In honor of Gary's life and in gratitude for the compassionate care that Gary received, his family requests that charitable contributions be made to HonorHealth Foundation and directed to HonorHealth's Research Institute, supporting Pancreatic Cancer Research.
