He is survived by: his children, Dana Smith of Payson, Valerie Robeson (James) of Albuquerque, John R. Smith Jr. of Tempe and Tammi Graham Sierra Vista (George); and his siblings, Marilyn Snyder, Janie Adams, Connie Cunningham and Robert Smith. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
