She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hammon, Sr. and Sally Cochran; her husband Verne Wuertz; her siblings, Joe Hammon, Floyd Hammon Jr. and Doris Jones; and her grandson Jeff Wuertz.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Michelle; and her sons, Larry, Robert and William. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
