He is survived by: his wife Eva; his children, Annemarie Kalke Delgado, Gabrielle Kalke Hinterbuchner (Christian), Andrew Kalke (Deborah) and Timothy Kalke (Ayla); his grandchildren, Dominik, Stephanie (Victoria Kalke Hinterbuchner), Abby Birkland (Nick), Riley Marsh (Trevor Kalke) and Ilana (Orrick Kalke); and his great grandchildren, Eli and Theo Birkland.
