He was predeceased by: his father James L. Skulstad; and his stepfather Sherman Layne Lerud. He is survived by: his mother Sue Hollingsworth; his wife Jennifer Lynn Skulstad; his children, Benjamin Forbes Skulstad, Catherine Anne Skulstad and Margaret May Skulstad; and his sister Holly Anne Skulstad Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
