With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas G. Dose of Glendale, Arizona, born in Forest Park, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dose and Erika Dose; and his sister Kristine. He is survived by: his children, Meribeth Masters, Matthew Masters (Andrea) and Melissa Masters; his grandchildren, Peter, John (Ariella), Nicholas, Jett and Sonnet; his sister Brenda Whittaker; his nieces and nephews, Anthony Costantino, Aaron Whittaker, Tabitha and Amy Whittaker; and his friend Ron Carasella.
