She was predeceased by: her parent Ollie Bell Grim Mekan. She is survived by: her husband James E Stephens; her daughters, Dena Stephens, Brenda Marozsan (Mike), Lisa Shafe (Amir) and Shelly Hartnedy (Bill); her grandchildren, Seth, Stephanie, Krystal, Trevor, Jamie, Chelsea, Michelle, Jordan, Zachary and Sophie; her great grandchildren, Cody, Avery, Maddox, Clara, Brantley, Quinn, Stella, Jewel and Cora; her great great grandchild Beau; and her brothers, Donald Mekan of St Charles, MO, Doyle Mekan of Arnold, MO and Gene Mekan of Bernie, MO.. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, cherished extended family, and many good friends.
