She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Oswald and Georgiann Oswald (Rohrbach) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; and her brothers, Richard and Thomas Oswald of Fort Wayne. She is survived by: her husband Donald Armitage of Middlesex; her children, Monica and Jeremy of Mesa; her grandchildren, Kameron of Ogden, Nikolas (Angela) of Vicenza, Jace and Bostyn of Mesa; and her siblings, Tim Oswald and Nancy Hartstein (Oswald). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was truly gifted at quilting and machine embroidery and donated many quilts to various charities in places where she and her family lived, most recently Queen Creek and Gilbert, Arizona.
