She is survived by: her husband Vince; and her children, Christy Farley, Steve Anderson (April), Austin, Ally, Collin, Terryn, Asher and Becky Mayer.

In lieu of flowers or food the family requests Mary Jo be honored with donations to two of the local charities she supported: Flagstaff Family Food Center and High Country Humane.
