He was predeceased by: his parents, Tabor Collins and Mary Beth Collins. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Collins; his daughters, Alyssa Collins Burdsal, Katrina Collins-Hernandez and Jaima Collins Earp; his children-in-law, Brad, Wil and Ryan; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Adelyn, Landon, Braydon and Oaklee; and his siblings, Louise, Suzi, Mary Beth, Didi, Mimi, Peggy, Frank, Jesse, Kati and Marti.
