It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Henry Hughes Jr. (Douglas, Arizona), who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Henry Hughes, Sr. and Emma A. Hughes; his son John (Rebecca); his grandson Colton of Gunter, TX; his son Jakob of Tucson; and his sister Gail Leon of Tucson.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in John's name to the Douglas Vietnam "Wall of Faces" honoring those who served during that era.
