He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Franklin Kelton and Mary Kelton; and his wife Nancy Lou Kelton. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Ann Kelton (Michael McPherson); his grandchildren, Callie West (Scott West), Abram McPherson (Jasmine McPherson), Cara Bevin McPherson and Micah Ian McPherson (Sayaka McPherson); his brother Billy Wayne Kelton (Ann Kelton); his niece Kimberly Conaway (Clay Conaway); and his nephews, David Kelton (Meredith Kelton) and Jon Teal Kelton (Sidney Ann Kelton). He is also survived by great grandchildren, great nephews, and great nieces.
