He was predeceased by: his father Noel Hart; and his brother Kyle Hart. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his sons, Alexander Thomas Hart (Austin) and Austin Maxwell Hart; his mother Linda Hart; and his sisters, Suzann Carey, Janice Winter and Diane Menier. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Rather than sending flowers, the family requests donations be made in Tom's name to either the Tonto Search & Rescue, (http://www.trsar.org) located near Pine AZ, or to the Take Pride Project in Pine & Strawberry, AZ that is dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and western heritage of the Rim Country (Take Pride, PO Box 1204, Pine AZ 85544).
