He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Koenig and Mary Koenig; his wife Cheryl Koenig (Peterson); his children, Beth Haley, Walter Koenig (Janet), Mary Lewis (Phil), Heather Holcomb (Alan), Steven Hester and Michael Hester (Cherilyn); his grandchildren, Joshua Koenig (Leslie), Charles Haley (Christi), Angela Haley, Richard Bryans, Keith Bryans-Adame, Lori Ament (Justin), Terragene Shea (Michael), Max Mckie, Aaron McBride and Parker Hester; his great grandchildren, Sean Haley, Nathan Koenig, Grayson Koenig, Avery Ament, Edison Shea and Benton Shea; his sister Paula Casterson (Robert) of Corcoran, CA.; and his nieces, Marci Barone and Faith Faria.
