He is survived by: his wife Velma Joyce Woodward; and his children, Stephen Woodward (Jeanette), Brenda Popp (Tim), Bonnie Bell (David), Sandra Hancock, Donna Thorpe (Dan) and Nancy Idema. He is also survived by seventeen grandkids.
