He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Woodrow Lewis and Jewel Lewis; his wife Martha; and his children, Tracy Lewis, Hal Lewis, Jeff Lewis and Julie Lewis. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid, a private family service will be held.
